To finally say: This is me. And I am ready to connect. The Excavation Workshop is an intimate space for those who are ready to go deeper. Inspired by Michele’s second book, Finding My Connection, this workshop invites you into a gentle excavation — a sacred unearthing of truth, longing, and soul awakening. You’ll be guided to: — Explore where connection has felt blocked or broken — Reclaim your inner wisdom through writing — Reflect on the people, places, and beliefs that shaped your sense of belonging -- Share from the heart in a supported, sacred space (sharing always optional) Begin to reconnect — with your own truth, with others, and with spirit This is a circle for the seekers, the feelers, the spiritually sensitive —for those ready to feel seen, held, and whole. No writing experience is needed. Just a willingness to be present, honest, and tender with yourself. This is not a class. This is a sacred space —to awaken, to feel, to be witnessed, and to begin again. Each group will include: breathing & meditation exercise, introductions, journal and writing prompt, reflective reading, action and goal setting.
