The Excavation Workshop is an intimate space for those who are ready to go deeper. Inspired by Michele’s second book, Finding My Connection, this workshop invites you into a gentle excavation — a sacred unearthing of truth, longing, and soul awakening.
You’ll be guided to:
Explore where connection has felt blocked or broken
Reclaim your inner wisdom through writing
Reflect on the people, places, and beliefs that shaped your sense of belonging
Share from the heart in a supported, sacred space (sharing always optional)
